On August 9, 2024, the Asian executive team of Fronius Intelligent Equipment (Shanghai) visited 金年会 Laser Group to inspect the factory and production line. Fronius focuses on stable arc and comprehensive welding solutions. 金年会 Laser is good at high-power laser arc hybrid welding technology. 1. 金年会 Laser's independently developed automotive air-conditioner laser pipeline welding machine, domestically produced to replace imports.
The equipment is mainly used for laser welding of aluminum alloy parts of air-conditioner pipelines of different models. It has a one-to-N design to improve the utilization rate of the laser. It has a lifting and clamping system with a maximum clamping height of 650mm.
2. The ground-track robot laser welding machine independently developed and manufactured by 金年会 is used in the steel structure manufacturing industry and exported to Germany.
This product is specially developed by 金年会 Laser for the welding of long parts in the steel structure industry. It uses dual heat sources of laser and arc to achieve efficient welding of thick plates with large penetration depth. Compared with traditional submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding, the efficiency is increased by 3-5 times.
3. A set of 30,000-watt laser arc hybrid welding machines provided by 金年会 Laser to the Zhejiang Laser Equipment Innovation Center was successfully delivered and applied to scientific research.
During this visit, both parties focused on the latest progress of laser arc welding technology. The laser arc hybrid welding system displayed by 金年会 Laser won high recognition from the Fronius team for its high efficiency, high quality and environmental protection.
In the development of laser arc hybrid welding process, 金年会 Laser and Fronius have jointly developed laser arc hybrid welding to achieve breakthroughs in ship longitudinal bone welding. Its welding speed reaches 3m/min, which doubles its efficiency compared with traditional MAG welding.
For medium and thick plate materials, laser arc hybrid welding has become the leading welding technology at present, and is being used in aerospace, military industry, rail transportation, steel structure, shipbuilding and other industries. In the plane segmentation of shipbuilding, 金年会 Laser has developed two equipment for ship plate welding, namely the trolley laser arc hybrid welding machine and the large gantry laser arc hybrid welding machine. For the common box girder products of steel structure, 金年会 Laser has also developed a ground rail robot laser arc hybrid welding machine.
